Site Store Seller Addendum
Draft — pending legal review. This addendum governs Site Store, a feature currently available in test mode only while its underlying Stripe Connect liability model completes legal review. This page is not yet final and should not be relied on as legal advice.
This Site Store Seller Addendum applies if Customer enables the Site Store feature on a Site and supplements, without replacing, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
Independent seller
By enabling Site Store, Customer is acting as an independent seller of their own products to their own Site's visitors. Enzo Tedeschi Web Developments ("ETW", "we") provides the technology and payment-processing infrastructure only, and is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any sale Customer makes.
Listings and fulfillment
Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and the quality, safety, and legality of every item sold through their Site Store.
Compliance with law and policy
Customer represents and warrants that all products sold through their Site Store comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and agrees to abide by our Prohibited Items Policy, as updated from time to time.
Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. ETW retains a platform fee of [fee percentage, to be finalized] of each transaction, disclosed to Customer before Site Store is enabled.
Refunds and disputes
ETW provides refund tooling through its own dashboard, since Customer does not receive a Stripe-hosted dashboard for their connected account. [Cost allocation for refunds, chargebacks, and disputes — to be finalized.]
Taxes
Customer is solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any sales, use, or other applicable tax arising from sales made through their Site Store, and for any related tax reporting obligations.
No guarantee of payouts
ETW does not guarantee the timing or availability of payouts, which are subject to Stripe's own onboarding, verification, and risk processes and may be delayed, held, or declined by Stripe independent of ETW.
Suspension
ETW reserves the right to suspend or disable Customer's Site Store at any time, without liability, if ETW reasonably believes the Store is being used to sell prohibited or unlawful items, or that Customer has violated Stripe's own connected-account agreement or this addendum.
