Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms govern referral links issued by Enzo Tedeschi Web Developments ("ETW", "we") and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, as noted in that document's "Promotional Codes & Referrals" section.
Eligibility
Referral status is granted by ETW at its sole discretion. There is currently no self-service way to join the program.
What the program is today
A referring account receives a unique referral link. New sign-ups through that link are attributed to the referring account for tracking purposes. The program is currently attribution and tracking only — no commission, discount, or monetary payout is offered at this time.
Future payouts
If ETW introduces a commission or payout structure in the future, it will be described in an update to these Terms and will apply only to referrals made after that update takes effect — not retroactively.
Conduct
Referral links may not be used in spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, in paid search advertising bidding on ETW's own brand terms, or in advertising that misleadingly implies an endorsement or partnership ETW has not given.
Revocation
ETW may revoke a referral status and disable the associated referral link at any time, for any reason, without owing any accrued or anticipated compensation, since none is currently offered under the program.
